"I was fed up with the gym, didn't want to shell out on personal trainers and had given up on exercise altogether. Then a friend recommended the 3 Day Challenge, and I loved it!"
The 3 Day Age Better Challenge includes:
✔ 3-day exercise programme designed by leading health experts and backed by scientific research.
✔ Each day, complete a simple 10-minute exercise class. This can be done in privacy at home, without any special equipment, at whatever time you choose.
✔ We hold you accountable at every step, ensuring you complete the 3 days and maximise your results for healthy ageing.
BONUS: We'll deliver the class to your inbox each morning, so you can take it at a time that suits you
PLUS: No complicated apps or gadgets...and definitely no photos, weigh-ins, or travel time
Here you will complete a quick and easy aerobics class. This will allow us to test your heart, lungs, and overall fitness, allowing you to complete daily activities at a higher pace for much longer.
Day 2 is designed to test your full body strength. By doing movements such as squats, press-ups & lunges, we are testing your ability to lift or move your bodyweight through a full range of motion with more ease and less hassle.
Day 3 is all about testing your motor skills such as balance, stability, and coordination. These are crucial life skills that are necessary for daily life and function and to have a solid foundation.
No shouting, all smiles.
No marching orders, all motivation
Guiding you though the 3 days will be our award-winning Head Coach Emma.
Emma is a Surrey-based mum of two and has been a fitness trainer for seven years. Emma is a true believer of ageing better for all, which is reflected in her incredible passion and energy for helping women like you transform their bodies and minds as they get older.
Emma has helped 1000s of women improve their health and fitness with her down to earth, fun and simple approach to healthy ageing, from women in their mid-50’s up to their late 70’s.
Her expertise, knowledge and experience in older adult health and wellness is second to none and she can’t wait to share it with you today.
It's her energy, positivity and enthusiasm that earned Emma, 50, the title on Trainer of the Year from a shortlist of over 70 other coaches. It's core to her own DNA, and this shone through in her nominations, with one person writing: "Emma has so much energy, positivity & motivation, you always come away from her sessions smiling." We couldn’t have said it better!
“I’d like to think that my sessions are fun, challenging, engaging, leave you with the post workout buzz and wanting more! I treat each session as a 'show', a performance that you want to be part of.”
When she’s not helping people improve their health and fitness Emma spends her time with her husband, 2 children and her beloved dogs. And when she gets a moment to herself, she kicks back with a G&T in the garden with a good book.
